Vi följde skådespelaren Ellen Bergström när hon tog sig an utmaningen att springa sin allra första mil – Tjejmilen. Inför loppet fick hon stöd av programledare Thomas Pickelner, som satte ihop ett träningsprogram och dessutom fanns vid hennes sida under loppet för att både filma och peppa hela vägen in i mål.
